** This listing is for stays that were caught in weather during a show. The last pictures show the specific stays. They have mildew staining we were unable to remove. They are still fully functional, and would be perfect as your support under a Renaissance outfit. These are sold AS IS.
One set is size 36, the other is size 42.

These stays were designed for performers at the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival. They are are perfect as a foundation piece for renaissance costuming, or used as a bodice for your next renfair outfit. Want them in a different color or fabric? Please convo me!

Design
This is based on the effigy stays of Elizabeth I, with curved seams for the hips and derriere instead of tabs and lacing up the sides to allow more fluctuation in size.

Sizes are listed for your waist measurement after reduction. If you are familiar with wearing a corset, please choose the range your typical corset size falls in. If you are not familiar with wearing a corset, subtract 2-4 inches from your natural waist measurement and select the size that falls in
• Size 18 - Fits 18-24"
• Size 24 - Fits 24-30"
• Size 30 - Fits 30-36"
• Size 36 - Fits 36-42"
• Size 42 - Fits 42-48"

Construction
• Fully boned with a combination of spring steel boning and artificial reed
• Double layers of 100% cotton canvas for strength
• Internal boning channels for smooth finish
• Two part grommets for sturdy lacing

Corsets are wrapped waterproof packaging inside a sturdy box before shipping, to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition. If you would like shipping insurance or special wrapping, please convo me.
